I've always loved cavenders and I spend so much money in this store all the time and the ladies are amazing ,respectful , and very helpful and last night one of the gentlemen was very helpful as well but the manager working was very rude I had brought back 2 pair of jeans I had bought roughly two weeks ago along with 1.400 worth of other things, when I purchased the jeans it was almost closing and i didnt wanna hold them up and the sweet lady that helped me said i could return them if they didn't fit , I had bought one pair ... read more
At most places when you place an online order to pickup in the store, you can normally get your order within a few hours especially when they show in stock in store. I was just told by Hattiesburg, MS store that it normally takes 2 to 3 days for you to get your items. I can order similar youth boots through other retailers and have option to get them next day.
Terrible experience here. It took 13 minutes in line, to buy 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants. There was one person in line in front of me. I utilized my company discount at time of checkout. Once I was handed my receipt, I noticed I was overcharged. The price tag on the shirt is $46.97. I was charged $69.99. When. I told the young man.. he told me there was nothing he could do about it. Beyond amazed with the election and the staff Dropped in to get a felt after the waitress at Buffalo wild wings had to bring up my straw was out of season. So I decided to get myself a felt. In all due respect the waitress was smoking hot and I can't be the one to disappoint. Back on track Quarter ( might of miss spelled it and I apologize) was super helpful and made the process a ton of fun. If you are looking for some gear I highly recommend dropping by for a look
