I visited the hygienist but before I was called, Carol the receptionist kindly helped me out updating my medical records by reading the questions out loud as I didn't have my spectacles with me. I have used Caversham Heights Dental Practice services for the past 30 years. I hope their professionalism and excellent customer service will always continue to be so.

Just had my dental check up and would like to say how friendly and efficient the staff at the practice are. Carol, the head receptionist is always so welcoming and reassuring. It’s always a pleasure to attend appointments here and the attention to detail from Karen the dentist is spot on. Would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best possible care.
