Dishonest. Incompetent. Slow. Expensive. CDC Pools is, from front office to laborer, the worst option for a pool remodel. Where do I begin? CDC Pools invoices you upfront, then doesn't show up to do any work until you've bugged them for weeks. CDC Pools lies to you by claiming work was done when it was not. CDC Pools will ignore communications for days, then set appointments weeks out (which they will no-show). CDC Pools does an incomplete job installing pool automation.
