From start to finish and everything inbetween we are more than happy with this office!
A call to the office in the morning and I was in to see Dr. Kratzer in the afternoon to take care of a semi-emergency. Great staff all around. Very professional, courteous, and completely understanding.
Dr. Lawrence and her staff were wonderful! I have had some bad dentist experiences in the past. They were kind, patient, helpful and explained everything to me for maximum understanding.
Prompt service by friendly, cheerful dental assistant who did an excellent job of cleaning the tartar off my teeth. Pleasant choice of music had a calming effect. Dr. K waswonderful

Mary is wonderful. Always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Takes her time to explain with details everything and makes sure that all my concerns or questions were properly answered. I strongly recommend her. My family and I are very pleased with her dedicated job.
