As much as we would like to be open 24/7/365, that is impossible. After hours, we do have 2 clinics that we refer to that will be able to help your pets. Animal Emergency in Mokena and Premier Veterinary Group in Orland Park (open 24/7/365).
I have been bringing my fur baby there for the past five years. My last recent visit did not go so well. I was overcharged on a medication (they claimed it was an error- and should not have been on the receipt) I brought it to their attention and I spoke with an employee named “Debbie” who was by far the RUDEST person I’ve ever spoken to!!! She started yelling at me and acted completely unprofessional! Found out later they suspended my account!! That’s ok..because I would NEVER want her coming anywhere near my babygirl!!! We could not honor the manufacturer offer printed on the receipt (which had not been deleted yet) because the manufacturer does not offer that longer. At that time, when you wanted to return the medication, the employee did explain to you that we cannot legally accept returned medications (Illinois law). Debbie the manager has no people skills or managing skills as she said I will never come back to such a unprofessional place yet the doctors are wonderful sorry so see one mean person can wreck a business :( and after what Debbie did to me today I will never tell anyone to go to this place.
