Nice park in the downtown area, considering there is not a lot of green space in that area. There are a number of homeless people, but that is to be expected in any large area. The rings are a fountain that kids can play in during the day and light up at night.

The park LOOKS beautiful, but what is the offensive odor all around? We couldn't stay long due to it.
