A huge shout out to Officer Lo and Sergeant Marcus of the Atlanta PD who were on duty at the park this afternoon. I traveled from Boston to Atlanta and went in search of the brick I purchased for my mother in 1996. She is a four time Olympian and even though she had a certificate commemorating the brick being placed in her honor she has never been to Atlanta to see it. A very beautiful park it's family friendly. Close to the children museum, I love that's it is centrally locate in the heart of downtown Atlanta. I would recommend anyone in Atlanta to stop by.
Great place, we loved the park, so much to do but the best touch was the bricks on the walkways....
