It’s always such an extraordinary experience, I am astounded by what a great environment and culture Dr Howard has established there.. I was greeted by Emma she is always so pleasant and amiable. Sarah upholds the highest standards with a compassionate disposition.. I needed something sent to the lab, Kaitlyn made all the arrangements and coordinated my appointments around my work schedule.. I’m the one who caused confusion. Messed up to appointment dates but I was still treated with the utmost respect, caring and understanding. Everyone in the office is top notch. I particularly appreciate how much the staff cares for people of a certain age. They are never patronizing and always go the extra mile.
