The technician was extremely pleasant and made the experience easier. Pleasant receptionist.Â

I had this appt scheduled an hour after my ob gym appt. my gym appt was very quick and when I went upstairs I was seen within 10 min even though my actual appt was in about 35 minÂ
During my visit, the technician was very unprofessional with her statements and very rude in making comments to me during my test.Â
I made early appointment at 7:30 am before work but had to wait 30 minutes for specialist to arrive. Office did not tell me about specialist delay right away. Not sure if they tried to cover up. And then they tried to squeeze another patient who came after me. My appointment was 5 minutes but I had to wait 30 minutes for thatÂ
So unprofessional dragging garbage bags or laundry bags across the waiting area. The nurse came to me saying ( you want to come with me? ) No name called.... she asked me what's your name.. came back and said she can't help me and I have to wait for someone else because she didn't know what I was there for.Â

The technician was overly dramatic, insensitive and unprofessional.Â
I was hesitant about returning this year because I wasn’t pleased last year. I figured the facility was new last year and I’d give it another shot. I will not return next year. I did not have any issues with the actual mammogram, but I wasn’t thrilled with the way the technician conducted herself leading up to the mammogram. I had deodorant on when I arrived, and I know you have to wipe it off but I did not appreciate her tone when she told me “you can’t have deodorant on”.
