totally dissatisfied unfriendly distant uncaring fraud
Insurance company best friend. This office will do or not do whatever your company insurance carrier wants them to. With no regard for patients well being or health. Dr Shin will tell you one thing and then tell insurance companies totally different info. They are not there for you.
I see Lisa Cedarbaum and she is wonderful. Really tries to do well by you.

Finding it very difficult to make a appointment. New patient Coordinator will not call you back. Been trying for two weeks.
If you want to spend hours sitting in a waiting room that is about as comfortable as a DMV office - this is where you want to be! Office is cold (literally and figuratively) . In the past few years of being with this doctor, I have only seen the actual dr. twice. No patient care, just an assembly line. Last time when I got there there was a sign up that said I "may" have to wait up to an hour for my appt. This time they did not let me know in advance I walked out after 45 minutes.
Never go here!
Horrible experience. Needs to manage office appointments more efficiently. I waited over an hour and a half to see a phydician's assistant. I have only seen a doctor once in over a year. I will not return or ever recommend this office. I must say that the physician assistants are courteous and professional but the wait is unacceptable.
I would not ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy! The front staff is very incompetent. Their phone and listening skills are non-existent. They made me wait 4 months for a mri that had been approved in Dec. After asking numerous times if it had been approved during those 4 months. I was told no every time. Very disorganized. This is a workmans comp case so I don't think I have a choice but to stay with them.
