I changed my doctor and the facility due to exstend unethical practice and treatment. .I didn't change my health insurance provider only direction of care .
It is very hard to contact the doctor. The doctor's email on her business card will not accept emails. The email for the Center For sight, will not accept emails. The process for leaving a message is through KLARA and I have tried several times to use this and each time it rejects me telling me to text them at a certain number, which I do, and I go through the process again, (and it is a very very long process asking for information that is unnecessary and I am not going to spend the time trying to find it) and again they as... read more

What a nasty receptionist I got 3/15/23 at 9:45. I was trying to give them more business by making my fiance an appointment for an eye exam as he hasn't seen one for a long time. Nasty when she answered the phone even before I said anything, and even nastier when I was NICE and asked to make an appointment. She comes at me with "WHY DOES HE NEED TO SEE A SPECIALIST WE ARE AN OPHTHALMOLGY OFFICE!" I was so taken back, I hadn't even requested a certain doctor so I have zero clue why she said that. Horrible experience. My 87 year old mother was 10 minutes late for an appointment due to the weather and traffic. After refusing to see her, I had to wait a half hour to speak to someone about it. My mother is a long standing patient and has spent untold hours in the waiting room over the years when they have been behind with no apologies. This clinic clearly doesn’t care about their patients.
used this place for a cataract surgery in oct of 2016, in 2018 i got a bill for 600. In 2016 when I used this place I had no insurance, I was a cash customer and was made to pay ALL fees upfront before surgery was even scheduled. I contacted these people they dont care, and they use some secondary billing dept, what a joke
Make sure you have nothing else to do that day of your appointment. The wait in this office is ridiculous.
