The service desk and the technician were very friendly and helpful. The waiting time was very short. The environment was so clean and comfortable. I come here every year.
The staff is always pleasant and kind. The technician was caring and the instructions were easy to follow. The appointment took no more than 30 minutes from intake to checkout. This demonstrates that the system and level of care is smooth and positive.
I got my date wrong for my appointment and the front desk lady I believe her name is Cherril, told not to worry and changed my appointment. I think that was amazing customer service. They took me in right away for my exam and was out within 25 minutes. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Wimmer is always very pleasant and thorough. I’ve been coming to the group for many years. Office staff is also very professional and helpful.
The technician was very gentle and amiable and the receptionist exhibited supreme customer service.
