I'm very grateful Lydia was there to help me with my first lease. It was an overall excellent shopping experience. My dealer was very helpful and attentive. He went out an extra mile to show me all the options of the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very friendly and approachable. Also a financing manager, Robert, was a big help in explaining the warranty and the maintenance packages and their pricing.
