This dealership cares about its customers. I've known Jay the service manager most of my adult life. He knows his stuff and is straightforward with his customers. The service writers, especially Evi, are courteous and helpful. There are quite a few Hyundai dealers in the NYC metropolitan area but I would rate Central Avenue Hyundai tops in terms of service and customer satisfaction.
Was very pleased with my experience in buying a new car. Mohak was very patient and pleasant and answered all my questions. This is the third Hundai I have purchased.
First thing first Peter was an amazing sales person! The new dealership is beautiful and the experience matches the face of it! Would defiantly recommend friends and family to Peter and the dealership! Great experience!

Went in to change the brake light bulb for my Sonata and this was my first visit to the new location. The Team was extremely pleasant and helpful-- definitely customer-oriented. The turn around was quick, especially with the larger facility. Jay Strassberg helped me out and set me up for my next appointment. This is my second Hyundai Genesis purchased fr WP hyundai . Aside from getting a great deal , the follow up service has been great ! Mike Hunter , my service advisor ALWAYS comes thru and exceeds my expectations . Their new location , while still finishing construction is a beautiful improvement on the previous space .
