Just purchased a new Santa Fe last week. We couldn't be happier and the staff shows respect and courtesy to us as well as each other. Worked with Jim Pelka on buying my first Hyundai. He was extremely professional and explained everything about the car. He is not your typical salesperson which are rather pushy. Instead he is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He never makes you feel feel cornered or obligated to buy like other sales people at other dealerships. He is truly a one of kind guy. From Start to finish Jim was there to explain everything about the car and never became frustrated or pushy.
I bought my new accent from Kris Coffey he is amazing I felt like I checked into a high end foreign car dealership. He asked what I needed showed me the exact models that had what I was looking for in them then explained all my options and packages above and below. I never felt pressured and absolutely feel like I bought the right car at the right price. I would recommend everyone to see Kris before going anywhere else ever.
When i had initially contacted this dealership, i expected the typical dog and pony show. But i was connected with my salesman mr.graham and he delivered everything to my satisfaction. Although i didnt instal pinstripes like i had planned, i felt reassured by astley that my white sonata would've been better without it. My wife plans to buy another one in two years. 10/10
From start to finish Jim, Tony & Mike were of great assistance in making the leasing of both my daughter's Elantra & my Sonanta a pleasurable experience.
