This was a difficult visit for me. Yet both Dr. Farris and her assistant, whose name I regret escapes me at the moment, did all that they could to haul me through it. They were informative, letting me know at what point in the long procedure we were at (though I confess that I found 30% discouraging in my state of mind at that moment), professional and pleasant. I was also impressed also that Dr. Farris provided me with a cell phone number, should I need assistance in an "off the grid" timeframe. She also followed up 2 hours... read more
