Central Dental sends reminders of upcoming appointments via text messaging and e-mail which is very convenient since I am connected to both practically 24/7. An improvement on this service would be to send MS Outlook invites which automatically places them on my calendar when accepted.
I always know that when I see Paula, my teeth are going to be cleaned perfectly. She truly cares about the all around health of the patient. She's on top of everything that needs to be taken care of and makes suggestions and follow ups before it gets too bad.She also is a very nice person that I look forward to seeing.

Received your email recently saying that I could now arrange for an appointment on line. So, I filled in the info and received a message with a date and time from a Maryann(?). I returned the call and spoke to the Receptionist who scheduled me for the date and time previously mentioned. When I arrived at the arranged time, I was told there was no appt in the system for me! ?? Fortunately, there was a very nice hygienist available and she was able to see me. Never happened to me before, so hopefully it was just a computer flu... read more

I recently took my young daughter for a filling and she was very nervous. Dr. Maheu made her very comfortable, and she didn't feel any pain. She walked out of the office with a big smile on her face - Dr. M is the best!!
