My only problem with Central Dental is the number of reminders they send before appointments. I have routinely received two phone messages, two emails, and a postcard. The receptionists are going to limit my reminders to emails only. Perhaps the clients should be asked their reminder mode preference and limit the notices of appointments to the one chosen.

Was scheduled for a tooth extraction along with beginning an implant. Procedure was discussed and outlook was very favorable. Ran into an issue concerning the implant which had not been discussed before the procedure was started. This required additional bone which turned out to be extremely expensive which I was not made aware of.

I have no problem with the dental work done here. But I do have a problem with the bill I received recently. This bill showed a balance of $300 for a temporary crown installed in 2103. I was never billed for this item in 2013. Delta Dental informed me that dentists do not charge for temporary crowns. I went ahead with this procedure only because the insurance was going to pay for it.

The treatment I receive is always excellent from the people at the desk to the Dr. and especially Denise. I just wonder why I always have to wait no matter what time of day my appointment is. If I'm requested to be there at 20 past the hour, I expect that is the time of my appointment. Or is my appointment really at half past the hour and you just want to make sure I'm not late? It's frustrating.
