I’ve been turned away from Clay Cooley Volkswagen for an issue from the CDJR Arlington CLAY store and Jacob here at Kia took care of everything for me. He contacted the dealership five times in the matter of five minutes and was not taking voicemail for an answer. He finally got a hold of someone who was able to activate my warranty coverage and got my vehicle serviced. The staff is very helpful especially since the dealer is still under construction. Jacob in the service department was very helpful, friendly and kept me informed while I waited for my service appointment to be completed.

The service visit for my new Kia Telluride at Central Plano was wonderful. Paul Gomez set me up with an Uber ride to get me to another appointment. The service on the vehicle was top notch.
The service of recall serv ice was good but took a lot of time. There were more recalls than I was originally told about.
Paul is great. He is friendly, efficient, and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better advisor.
I had a safety recall for a 2022 Kia Soul performed here. Paul Gomez was a great advisor to help me understand the process and how long it would take. He also got me a ride home and back while the work was being performed. I will definitely be going back to get any future service work done on my Soul.
