I know and dealing with the service writers there that I will get exactly the repair that’s required and not any other tacked on extra charges. They are the best crew I have ever worked with in my life. Kudos to Management for empowering their people to do a good job and save the customer money.

Central Kia's service team always takes great care of me. The alert that one of my headlights was low came on last night. I showed up at the dealership this morning and was greeted by Paul. He sent me up to the waiting area, and he had everything taken care of in 45 minutes, so I could get on my way to work. Great service.
