I received excellent care. No waiting in the waiting room was taken back and had a very pleasant experience . Staff is very pleasant, professional and helpful .
Wonderful experience. The ladies were so sweet at the front desk. The office was very clean and comfortable. The nurse and doctor who I saw were so nice and made me feel very comfortable as I had come in very nervous. Overall a great experience!!

As a patient of Dr. Chalk, I could not be happier with the treatments I receive, his willingness to take the time and explain each procedure, and his great chair side manner.
