Staff was very skilled and friendly!
The staff was very nice. Dr. Evan C. Chalk, D.M.D. explained to me why I needed my wisdom teeth pulled out. I am not looking forward to the experience but I am satisfied with the care I will receive.

The process was easy, after filling out a little paperwork. The doctor spoke in terms that were easy to understand, and he looked at the particulars of my situation as opposed to just trying to make money.
Very professional and friendly staff.Dr Chaulk done my procedure without any pain and explained all my options.As this was my first visit at this office they made it a comfortable and pleasurable visit.
