Hats off to Cesar & his wife! What a team! I always hear people talk about how stressful the whole home buying process is but it was almost too easy once we got our approval letter from Cesar, which he did in about 2hrs. We are now first time home owners in, literally, 1 month after walking through his doors after being ghosted by 3 other loan officers & being told $205k is all I qualified for by another loan office. Thank you so much Cesar. You and your wife knocked it out of the park.
