Although Cesar was not working for my client, he was working with the Buyer and his agent, his communication style allowed me to communicate better with my Seller without having to do numerous follow up phone calls. The system he has in place really works for everyone. I will be meeting with Cesar to discuss adding him to our brokerage's list of preferred lenders here soon.
