Cesar explained everything thoroughly and gave me updates regularly. He was friendly when I asked questions and was always able to calm any of my worries about the process. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and didn't know all of the steps in the process and Cesar made the entire process easy and understandable.

If I could do this a million times and have Cesar as my loan officer...I WOULD!!!! From the beginning to the end he was there with open arms. Cesar was available to us any time of the day/night. He responded to all my communication. I asked a lot of questions and the best part was that all were answered and he never made me feel like my questions were dumb or that I was bothering him. Our process with the seller was extremely difficult but he worked with us every step of the way.
