My first loan officer (who is a friend) couldn't get me through Underwriting even though I had a Fully Underwritten Pre-Approval. I was past my option period and close to losing the house, but Cesar came in to save the day! We were able to close 2 weeks after he got involved in my case. Due to the market change and last minute switch, I couldn't get the Interest Rate I had before, but he was able to get me funds for my Closing Costs and a couple of points off my Interest Rate.
