This re-fi was easy peasy. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, refinancing could have been a bit of a challenge, but it wasn't! LeaderOne and Chad Erickson handled everything quickly. Their document management system is easy, quick, and save for the couple "ink" signatures required everything was done online. All said and done within a reasonable time frame too!
