Chad and Mike were GREAT to work with! They were always quick to respond - even to the smallest questions. They were also always willing to help run different scenarios. Chad was super patient with my husband and I (we've been looking at possibly buying a house for a couple years now) and always willing to help assess the situation with the townhouse we were selling. Mike was super detail oriented and great helping make sure we got everything in.
