RecommendedThey are very busy (good sign I suppose) but it can make you feel like a number. My regular vet's small animal Doctor is on medical leave, so when I had a problem with my Guinea pig I asked them for recommendations and landed here. I did feel rushed through the appointments I had, but I feel the doc (Dr Williams) was extremely competent and explained things pretty well. I am so lucky to live just around the corner. The doctors and staff are wonderful. As a first time dog owner (of two by now) both vets and staff provide me so much valuable information I need along with my visits. I am so confident with their staff, I can switch to any vet doctor there as I need to come in. Thank you!
Everyone is friendly here and Dr.Williams is the best cares so much about the animals . She knew right away what was wrong with my rats and when the other wasn't really responding to the other antibiotics I brought him in and she recommended another . They take you quickly and then you're out .
Very caring! They understand, too! Dr Gold is the greatest, in my opinion. My Lab has only been seen by Dr Gold and Dr Williams (who is great, too). I love the very kind charitable things Chadwell does behind the scene with the animal world! Traveling the extra distance has never been a thought, for the care of my furry family member.
For two years I put off getting my dogs leg amputation due to a cancerous mass on her hind leg. During those two years, three other surgeons said it was the only choice..... when I was finally ready for the procedure to happen...Dr. Gold removed the mass and kept her leg. It may take time to heal but I'm so thankful to have found him and his staff. Highly recommended!!
I absolutely Love Dr Gold, and so do my dogs. He has always been nothing but kind to me and my animals. The only issue I have ever encountered was on the clerical end. The prices are reasonable, of course just like with my health, there are always unexpected costs. Overall I have been pleased. I prefer to be seen by Dr. Gold or his wife, I have not had the best experience with others there, just my opinion.
