Delivery was 3days late
Bought 4 chairs on 6/13 and the salesman Wayne said it would be delivered that Friday. I called him on Thursday to check to see if it was going to be delivered on Friday and he said that they screwed up the delivery and it wouldn’t be delivered until the following Tuesday without calling the warehouse to see if they could still deliver it on Friday. I then called customer service on Friday morning and told them. They tried to get it on the truck but it had left which tell me had Wayne called them on Thursday when I told him... read more
