My original review has changed (see below) "Initial buying experience was great…even bought an outdoor set for my father afterwards. Then one of the swivel recliners broke and there has been no resolution in 3 months. No follow up…nothing. Even though we have followed up multiple times. I contacted the store manager (Santiago Gebara) and he sent an email to sanp@chairking.com and no response to him either. No follow follow by Santiago to me either. We spent about $30,000 in all.
