The staff at Chalco Hills Animal Hospital is fantastic! The cliinic is extremely clean and they are very friendly and welcoming. My dog once had a terrible ear infection and they squeezed her into their already booked schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.

My dog was sick and we were able to get in to see Dr. Kreager on a Friday night. The following Monday, Dr. Kreager called us to see how our dog was doing and if we had any questions. It was nice to get that level of service and follow-through afterwards.
My dog and I are both happy with Dr. Kraeger. If you notice your dog's reaction, you can tell how he/she feels about the doctor you're seeing. Dr. Kraeger "connected the dots" for me about his ear troubles, and she and her assistant took care of his ears, gave us the medicine, and we were on our way. Our first visit was great. We could tell Bentley our Engish Lab was so relaxed and comfortable with his visit. Everyone was friendly and honest.
Absolutely the best care! Dr Kreager and staff are so knowledgable and caring, they also remember my pet and ask how he is doing even if I'm just stopping in for a medication refill. Highly recommended!
