Wonderful evening with really impressive service and fabulous food. With the quality of service so different compared to pre-pandemic, it’s so nice to be able to experience first class service every time we go to Chama. It’s my husbands favorite restaurant for a number of reasons, but the service is one of them. Thank you for a lovely evening.
The service was top of the line. They were on top of everything we could ever need and kept our glasses full at all times. The bar could've used some fruit but, overall, it was really good. The meats that were cut at our table were delicious. Couldn't complain about a single one. Loved that they would bring my wife and kids meat that was well done since I'm the only one who eats medium rare to medium well. Several salad bar options. The meat can be selected at several cooked temps. Dessert and cocktail were great! Service was amazing!
This is an outstanding restaurant from all perspectives: service, food quality, value, attention to detail… A remarkable operation. And it is primarily due to the standards originally set by the owner, and the quiet, confident and unwavering leadership of Irineu Arosi, the general manager.  We have been committed supporters and patrons of this restaurant for 10 years, both personally and corporately. I could not recommend Chama Gaucha highly enough. Of the four Brazilian steakhouses in town, they have no peer. The best!

We went for our anniversary. The food and drinks were excellent and the service staff was very attentive. My wife and I had an excellent time.
