Best Brazilian restaurant I've been to; and, I've been to a bunch throughout the nation. Food was amazing and the service was even better. The ambiance was also great. I can't really say enough wonderful things about this place. You really need to experience it. Oh, caipirinha was made perfectly too.
Best food and service! The staff was VERY attentive! The food was excellent, so many cuts of meat to choose from. We were celebrating some work promotions and they gave us the desserts. It was a great experience.
This is my second time at Chama Gaúcha. Just as my first visit, the meat was too salty. Confirmed by the other guests. Meat was cooked perfectly, just lighten up on the salt a little. The meat options were great. As well as the side times. The drinks were really good. However, they do take a really long time to bring you your drink. We had an awesome time!! Celebrating son’s 40th birthday. The service was impeccable!! The wait staff was absolutely amazing!! From the hostess to the after dinner lady, I felt like royalty!! The salad bar was a beautiful display. The meats were delicious and tender. The meat servers were excellent! And to top it off, tres leches cake for the birthday guy!!! Looking forward to going back!!!

Chama is one of our favorite restaurants to go to. The food and service are always great and we have never once had an issue there. We were not drinking on this occasion but the Caipirinhas are excellent. I cannot say more than this, 4 out of the past 6 years for my wife's birthday we have eaten here. Both time that were missed were due to health issues (1 Covid another for a procedure). That is what it takes for us not to eat here.
