I had an open table certificate and they didn’t even know how to use it. So I ended up not being able to use it at all there. It ended up being an error on their part. Very frustrating. Food was good overall. We were celebrating a birthday and they didn’t take much time to do that right either.
We love experiencing the various Brazilian steakhouses in the city, and Chama is one of the great ones. We haven’t dined out much under COVID-19 restrictions, but Chama is one place that is doing everything they can to make dining safer, and we appreciate that! Tonight was no exception- from the great service by Juan Pablo at the bar, to Kristy, to the Candy Man, and all the gauchos in between, everything was fantastic. A splurge but definitely worth it. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. The staff has perfected the art of anticipating what clients need. We had the best creme brûlée of our lives from them. We look forward to having our next meal with them!

We went for my birthday and they never disappoint! You can always expect amazing service and the best food in town.
Always an incredible experience. There are many choices for Brazilian steakhouses here and Chama Gaucha is the only one I would take family to. Not only is the service excellent but the food quality never disappoints.
