I’ve been here several times and it is always great. This particular visit was disappointing. Had to ask multiple times for our drinks and finally got them well into our meal and the refills never came. Asked 2-3 times for xtra mashed potatoes and 5-6 times for the ribs and ribeye to come by. The ribeye finally made it and the ribs showed up at the end when we were already done. Took my friend for his birthday and talked the place up. Really nice experience, best service!
Chama Gaucha has some of the best meats around. Love the variety, the food is always consistent, and the service is constantly excellent. They've recently upped their fine spirits cart selection as well, which was a big plus. Regular customers and will definitely be back.

Celebrated our friends birthday and everything was amazing! We've been here multiple times and it's always amazing, but it was our friends first. Aaron was the best with recommendations on drinks and additions to our meat. We'll definitely be back!
Overall good experience. I felt that they push the house special steak over all other steaks. Ask for beef rib, took 20 minutes to get the server to bring it. When you ask for additional items, it took a while to get your request.
