The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Great restaurant for celebrating special occasions!
Made a Reservation online, but when we get to the Restaurant and check in, it took 25 min to get the table ready and . The point to make reservations is to have the table ready by the time of the arrival and don't have to wait that long.
Excellent variety of meat selections perfectly cooked and served hot! Outstanding wait staff. Very professional and friendly. Refreshed plates, cleaned off table as needed, water topped off without asking are just a few examples of how well the staff was. Salad bar looked outstanding but we did not want to fill up in it.
They said they did not have my open table reservation, but did seat us once we showed the open table email confirmation. We had to wait over 20 minutes to start at the salad bar as they had a very large group over 80 people that they let go before everyone else. But despite that the food and service were good.
From the moment you walk through the front door until the moment you leave the service is amazing! The food is unbelievably delicious!
This is definitely a good place for a special event. The food and the service were both very good, but beware of the added costs like cocktails and dessert, because both are horribly overpriced.

Chama Gaucha has some of the best service staff I've ever experienced. Our wait staff was extremely attentive and they made a MAJOR difference. The food was insanely good, as it always is, and it was a highlight of the night. However, I made reservations for 7:15 and didn't get seated until just about 8:00. What's the point in making reservations if I'm going to be given a pager like the rest of the Walk-Ins? What's worse is that the hostess lied to me. The food was Awesome, the wait staff is the best I have ever seen, even the floor managers were attentive and friendly, will definitely will return.
