First time their, I had made reservation for a friend family he graduated from the BMT airforce base and they where really supportive and welcoming. Great attentive service. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking forward for a fice star dining.
Took the family out before our son headed back to college. Wife did the salad bar which filled her up with the big variety on the salad bars...my son, daughter and myself enjoyed the regular fare. Service was spot on and all we had to do was ask for something and it showed up. Surprisingly we even saved room for desserts. Overall a very enjoyable evening and great service. Took my brother his birthday lunch and the service was excellent and good was terrific.
My family has been to this location many times and always thoroughly enjoy it, but we've also visited the one in Houston and hands down, the Sonterra location is the best!

Chama Gaucha is a great rodizio grill or "Brazilian steakhouse", much like other competitors. I lived briefly in Brazil as a kid, and my family has ties to Brazil, so I will definitely give my stamp of approval for this place, based on my experiences. You may have to add salt to the meat, if you are used to salting that many churrascarias do for their meats. All of the beef/red meats are amazing, as expected.
