Outstanding service. Very attentive. Overwhelming amount of food in a short period. Fun dining experience. Not an everyday place. Too much food. Wine list is surprisingly good.

Everything was perfect! The salad bar was attractively arranged with a wide variety of options. Meat well seasoned. The service and attention from manager was absolutely exceptional.
our dinner was outstanding. the food was delicious, the wait staff impeccable. all of the meats we tried were great especially the picanha and the filet mignon. my wife enjoyed the cheese bread. awesome salad bar too. we will be back!

Our 3rd time at this restaurant. It's always a treat to go. Fortunately, we've had some nice gift cards, because it is very expensive. Salad is good but value comes from eating a whole lot of wonderful meat. Bottom sirloin, ribeye and filet minon are my top choices, as everything else is a little too common for me. What a fun dining experience! We had some extra time for a special dinner so we chose Chama Gaucha , having not dined there in a couple of years. It reminded us of the memorable meal we had the last time. We've learned to pace ourselves and only have the meats we really enjoy. It's too easy to overeat----so we just take our time and always leave a little room for dessert (or an after-dinner drink!)
