The atmosphere, food and service is all so wonderful. I take my wife here at least once a month and I am always happy to part with my money. I definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
We arrived at the time of our early reservation and were seated promptly. As always, service was beyond prompt: it was almost instantaneous. The luscious cheesy rolls were placed within a minute, as were our initial drinks. The salad bar is, going away, the best we've seen in San Antonio, with several cheeses, meats, pre-made salads, lots of salad fixings and dressings. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with family food was delicious the staff professional and courteous. The kids enjoyed themselves and dessert was delicious!
The food is always top notch at Chama Gaucha, and the service is 2nd to none.
Every aspect of our experience was superior. First, the sommelier gave excellent advise on a wine we both enjoyed. The wait staff seriously could not have been more attentive. Kimbo, as she said she was called, brought the drink cart around and made us drinks with seared coffee liquors in them. Honestly, for a great evening, I couldn't possibly recommend this place more.
I heard about this place from my friends and went with my family for my birthday dinner. Service was top notch, I felt very catered to. Food was Excellent and Plentiful and Top Quality. Servers, Gauchos were kind, sweet and very attentive. I thought the price was a little high at first but what you receive is so worth every penny. They totally won me and my whole family over. We definitely are going again and again.

Honestly one of the best meals that we have had. From the moment that we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made you feel as though you were their priority. The salad bar was absolutely delicious (I'm still dreaming of the endive salad, blue cheese, and perfect balsamic! Suggested by a staff member, it was just perfect!).
