This was one of the worst experiences with the service we’ve ever had. I know it was a Saturday night but we’ve been on Valentine’s Day before and received better service. It was also very hectic with people running around moving tables for guests. It was very hard to get our waitress’ attention to order more drinks or even ask for some bread for the table. Definitely disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday.
Hadn’t been there for several years because the first time we went it really was…NOT good. But we tried again yesterday and it was REALLY good!! Yes it was expensive. $65 per person but everything we tried as just fabulous. LOVED the salads and veggies, cheeses and deli meats also. Took my wife for her birthday and she had a great time. Stephanie was an outstanding server. She was always there when we needed anything. Great job! The “meat” men were fantastic as well. My mom does not like rare or medium and they took specific care to bring her selections specifically for her. My nephew had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and was VERY happy with his first time eating at one. I’ve never been on a Saturday but it was pretty busy for them. I hate to go when it gets so busy but the staff was great. The food was amazing as always.
The service is always top notch but our waitress took it to the next level by cutting our two year old’s steak for her. That level of care is one of many reasons we keep coming back
A friend and I celebrated her birthday and she was amazed by the experience. She had never been to a Brazilian restaurant and had no idea what typeof service she was going to receive. Jennifer the waitress provided top notch service and made the birthday girl feel special. THANK YOU!
Excellent service and excellent food. Everything we tried was great!! Staff really hustle there and they continually checked in with each of us to make sure we were satisfied. If we wanted something they sent it over asap.
We have eaten here several times for special occasions. It is always excellent. Service is fabulous and the food is amaaaazing! Go hungry! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. However, it is not a quiet restaurant so if you are wanting a quiet romantic dinner….go elsewhere. Love this place!
