Always a great experience dining at Chama Gaucho-salad bar was fresh and delicious, meat servings were hot and cooked to perfection with servers really hustling to bring you fresh hot meats off the fire-great hibiscus margaritas too-highly recommended.
A fabulous experience I enjoyed immensely. Food was spot on and needed nothing not even a pinch of salt. Staff and management were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Meat-lovers paradise. All of the medium-rare beef I was served was excellent. The crème brûlée at the end wasn’t bad either. ; ) Terrific service.

My husband and I go a few times a year as it is one of his favorites. The salad bar is wonderful. The service is outstanding and the selections of meats are very good.
We have always enjoyed dining at Chama Gaucha, and every visit has been a delightful experience. The food is consistently delicious, and the ambiance is perfect for both casual and special occasions. However, during our most recent visit, we encountered an issue at checkout. I would say it maybe costs $10 extra a person here than Fogo de Chao but the quality is 10 times better! The service was incredible.! I had 5 different meats on my plate within 5 minutes of having a plate in front of me. The flavor was out of this world! Best Brazilian Steakhouse in San Antonio and possibly the best I’ve ever had!
