The service is the best in San Antonio, period! The managers are watchful and solicitius of every request. The salad bar is plenteous. Every meat is cooked to perfection! The bar prepares excellent cocktails. I especially recommend the Brandy Alexander as a post-prandial cordial. My only disappointment, which is not the restaurant’s fault, but America today, is the sloppiness of what customers wear. The best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to! This was our second time there and it was a great way to start the new year. Delicious cuisine, friendly service and beautiful ambiance! We definitely will be back!
The salad was fresh and organized! The steak offerings were amazing and the picanha and bottom sirloin were our favorites. The waiter was very attentive, DeSean and the manager came over to our table to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Chauma Gaucha for making our our NYE memorable.
As always, the overall experience is well worth time, energy and wait! We celebrated our anniversary with grace. Despite being extremely busy and a full house, the performance was excellent. We admire the passion, enthusiasm and dedication of the entire staff. Great service!
Great experience every time , never been disappointed. Top notch service , excellent drinks and food . Truly a dining experience only few places in town can provide . Pricey but well worth every dollar .
