Chamae was a delight to work with. Every phone call and email I sent was answered very quickly, and very professionally, and with cheer and a smile. Her written responses we’re clearly and articulately stated, with appropriate detail and in a thoughtful and organized manner. I’ve been though the mortgage and refinance process several times and the experience with Finance of America and with Chamae has been, by far, the best.
