Not my usual vet but had to go due to emergency. It was an awful experience that left me without my cat. Brought her in for blood in urine and they said it was UTI and gave me meds. then more meds. Never did an x-ray. 1 month later after two rounds of antibiotics I went back and they did x-ray and said she had a bladder stone and needed surgery. very high prices compared to other animal hospital's. Was charged $100 for a flea collar. But their online pharmacy source has same collar listed for $25 less. I asked why and recieved a list of excuses with no positive results. Besides they will not respond or answer my calls now. The collar retails for $54 to $60. Was charged $15 more for lysine over their online pharmacy as well. The appointment costs are just as ridiculous. I would look elsewhere for your animal.
they were HORRIBLE , worst experience I've EVER HAD! it was an emergency, got my cat in the door, barley breathing and 3 ladies stand looking at me. I had to put my cat in their arms and tell them to help him!! they should have taken him I second I brought him in!! the next day I had to put him to sleep. The information my husband was told over the phone is the complete opposite of what was done in the office. Pricing on the phone versus what we were charged was completely different. The price of the medication is 50% more than it is other places. They never gave us the results for the test that were ran.
My dog was being seen here today and the back door was opened and he came barreling out of the office. Thankfully he ran right to my vehicle. Didn’t even get an apology except from the frazzled vet tech that was chasing him out the door. Looking for a new vet.
