Dr Alt and staff are just wonderful . All of our pets are treated here and well taken care of by the exceptional and knowledgeable staff and Doctors . They also are very loving towards their patients ( our pets ). Their pricing is very fair as well. 😻🐶🐾🦴 ( our new puppy was so relaxed waiting to see Dr. Alt, that he fell asleep on the exam table, lol below )
Thank you for taking good care of my girl 🐶. She had a rough night/day after surgery and they were able to see her same day and give her some meds to make her more relaxed. Hopefully she’ll be on the mend now. The staff today who worked with Aspen was amazing 🥰
They are great with my dogs
Brought in a 17 year old cat with multiple symptoms. They took the time to look at EVERYTHING and answered all my questions, and came up with a plan on how to address the issues we found.
Excellent experience on our first visit - from the receptionists to the vet assistant (Kat) and to the vet who treated our cat who is now MUCH better. Will definitely make this our regular choice of veterinarian facility.

The staff are all so polite and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get my kitten in to be seen, and the vet answered all of my questions! They were very thorough and the office staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be going back and transferring all my pets care there.
Chambersburg Animal Hospital is so caring to our fur children. We recently had to make a very hard decision to have our Baby Bristol to rest, they were all so patient with us through the whole ordeal. Received a card today saying a tree was planted in her memory as a donation from the office. Thanks isn’t enough when you’re grieving, but little things like this, make it a little easier everyday.
