I’m not impressed. Was told they were sending me to a specialist to fix my tooth that had been hurting after they tried ti fix it. Said I might need a root canal. Dr treated me like he didn’t believe me. Said a specialist will see if I truly need it to be fixed. The hygienist was the one that was nice enough to recommend putting sensitive toothpaste on it for half an hour to see if it helps reduce the sensitivity.

Was overcharged for a cleaning! Was told that I would get a refund but did not. Didn’t like the fact that you pay before services!!!! May have to find another dental office after 22 years.

After having 5-star reviews for Dr. Heiwitt and his staff who extracted two teeth several months apart, and did a fabulous job both times. I am sorry to say that I had the most miserable experience with a new doctor there, named Dr. Kelley. His bedside manner was the opposite of the much more professional and seasoned Hewitt. I paid extra to be sedated as I was with Dr. Hewitt both wonderful times. If Dr. Russo could bottle his calming effect, he would be a gazillionaire. This quality in addition to his dental expertise, time spent with patient, and explanation for dental problems and solutions, makes him the best dentist on the planet in my opinion.

Based on recommendations from friends/coworkers, I came to see Dr. Russo and his staff yesterday to discuss the cost of much needed repairs to my very neglected teeth. The staff were polite and professional. Dr. Russo was honest, ethical and polite. I was nebrrr talked down to or lectured about my bad oral hygeine by him or his staff. I know th road to repairing the damage will be costly and take while however I feel safe so far in the hands of Dr. Russo, his techs and the staff at the office. I never saw the Doctor before my surgery, I did expect to see him. Sent home with NO post-op. instructions. My husband was told that the Doctor would call next day. He did not call, a staff person called. Just misleading info. He was told that my sutures would dissolve. Not true, they will be removed. No talk about follow-up visit. When I called 2 days later, I Was emailed instructions for an extraction. I had Bone Grafting for Implants. Not a good first impression for me.

I had a very thorough cleaning by Christine. Very pleasant. FYI. The desensitizing treatment that I requested worked very well but the process burned the inside of my bottom lip and took 5 days before the peeling and discomfort subsided. That had never happened before.
