The entire staff is very professional and communicates very well. I have to say I was shocked when the insurance company didn’t cover the majority of my implant. I just had my last visit with Dr. Russo and when I explained that I was confused with total amount the insurance covered , the assistant brought up my chart and showed him right while I was in the chair.they both looked over what was covered and what I paid . I have relied on Dr. Hewett for over 15 years for all of my Dentistry needs. I have never felt like I was not in the best hands I could be. Unfortunately now that he has moved I will be looking for someone closer to my house as he is close to an hour away. I do not look forward to moving on. He has been more than just a Doctor to me, he is a friend and his professionalism in all aspects will be hard to replace.
