From the sales visit to installation, this was a smooth process. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and creative. We replaced all of our windows - 9 upstairs, a bay window and 4 other various shaped windows downstairs. The bay window is my favorite, and the sliders are something I use nearly every day. 100% recommend Champion!
Got quotes and information from four different companies for my front door. Champion beat all other quotes on the same door. The installation crew did an excellent job installing it.
Do not buy any window products as in a few years they will tell you the vendor doesn't make them or some other excuse. Stay away.
Everything was good on the champion end. The only problem I had was getting a permit and that was because of my county not being organized thank you so much champion for taking good care of us being prompt and courteous we appreciate your professional professionalism.
I just saw your latest AI slop ad at the movies. If you don't care about making a quality commercial, what makes you think you'd give a damn about your own product?
