Great sales person and respectful members I’ve met. Only thing I can think of that would make it a straight 10 would be someone who follows up after the job is done in addition. To inspect behind the builders and have our personal opinions made in person. There are nit picky questions I had, but not enough to make a fuss over considering.
If anyone asks us who did our room, we will recommend Champion.
The sales pitch was great. It didn’t take very long for our order to come in. On our install day, naturally, we had a few questions as we received no preparation instructions. The lead installer was not very personable. He seemed more annoyed by our questions and was very short with us. Once the install was complete he eagerly handed us the paperwork to sign without doing a walkthrough. When we asked for the walkthrough again, he seemed irritated.
