I’ve already recommended to neighbors but will caution that area needs to be square & level for a sunroom to work properly.
I chose Champion to build my 3 season sunroom, as I felt the quality would be good and I would not have problems. Since it was installed a couple weeks ago, I have had several leaks along the bottom of the sunroom. Champion has come out a couple times to add caulk to try to resolve problems. Well, we had a storm today and again the sunroom is leaking. This has been frustrating!
